CVS Goes before City Council January 28th

A new business is looking to move into Seminole Heights and needs support from the area residents and businesses to receive approval from the City for their development. Initially the CVS site plan looked very much like their standard urban stores. However, when approached by the various neighborhood activists, changes were made that resulted in a site plan closer resembling the proposed Seminole Heights Form-based Zoning.
